July 25, 2018 | Update 1:46 PM PDT: Our team has pinpointed the cause of the issues with the various slowness with the reports and are working on fixing the issue so we can deploy a build out to production. This blog will be updated once that has been pushed out to production.
July 24, 2018 | 11:20 AM PDT: Our team is currently working on fixing an issue where users experience slowness when running some reports. The heaviest affected report is time entry reports and then Project Resource Reports, and also Task Resource Reports.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will update customers in support and this System Status Blog. Once the issue has been resolved.
