Wednesday, September 10, 10:00 a.m. PT
In today’s hyperconnected environment, projects don’t stop at 5 p.m.
Distributed teams, global clients, and 24/7 demands make time management
one of the most critical skills for project leaders.
In this session, Diane, Steve, and Mathew will explore the
history of how technology has changed work across the decades,
today’s challenges in balancing work and life,
and the strategies that help project managers lead successfully in a nonstop world.
